Faith accomplished an impressive feat this week. She had an all local all-American cookout meal!
Carman enjoyed a salad and some baby red potatoes.
Katrien enjoyed a nice supper with some fresh local strawberries!
At my house we decided to give our hearts a test by frying our dinner. And no, we didn't fry the raspberries!!
Tracy enjoyed an elk steak, which isn't something I've had an opportunity to try before!
Patt (who runs a farm in Illinois, with a CSA for those of you looking) had a breakfast of local eggs, pork patties and canteloupe. No blog entry, but her website is here.
It was a great first week!
